By accessing or using MonuBiz ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. MonuBiz is operated by MonuCore and is designed for monument and memorial industry professionals.

2. Description of Service

MonuBiz provides:

• A comprehensive business assessment questionnaire for monument industry professionals
• AI-powered business intelligence and personalized insights
• Exportable configuration settings for MonuCore software integration
• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) generation

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your business to these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Phone Verification

To access the assessment, you must verify your phone number via SMS. By providing your phone number, you:

• Confirm that the phone number belongs to you or your business
• Consent to receive SMS verification codes
• Acknowledge that message and data rates may apply
• Understand that each phone number may only be used for one assessment

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your assessment
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent phone verification or security measures
• Not submit multiple assessments using different phone numbers to game the system
• Not use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the Service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your assessment data), is owned by MonuCore and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the business information you provide. By submitting information, you grant us a license to use it to provide the Service, generate insights, and improve our offerings.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated content should not be considered professional business, legal, or financial advice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated insights
• You should review and adapt any generated content to your specific business circumstances
• Consider consulting with qualified professionals before making significant business decisions

8. MonuCore Integration

MonuBiz generates configuration files that can be imported into MonuCore software. Use of MonuCore is subject to separate terms and conditions. The assessment and exported settings are provided "as-is" and may require adjustment for your specific MonuCore implementation.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (if any)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MonuCore, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
